First off.... how old are you? you will lose weight quickly if you are younger, and it will be hard to lose if you are menopausal. The cardio workout is good, but understand.... lean muscle tissue burns 10 times the amount of calories than fat.... so, for this to work, you will need resistance training... weight training to tighten your muscles. This is what you are missing, and need to see results.
