 Does breast-feeding put too much pressure on mother? Will it create an overweight, demanding child?

i loved brestfeeding that it makes me feel a special connection with me and my son, i stopped breastfeeding at 5 month old coz he gt his first tooth otherwise i would of kept going , at least when ur breastfeeding u know wots going into ur baby mouth
