Routine for clothes in college?

i'm going to college soon, and i'm one of those 'can't wear the same thing twice' people. Does anyone have a particular routine they use? Like, whether you wait a certain amount of time before wearing the same thing twice? What kind of clothes should I wear? Another good question.. does anyone actually care? I don't want people to think I'm a skank or anything lol, thanks
