So i meet this guy, he seems really nice ( one of my good guy friends), never meet him in person though, i am just thinking if we did meet i dont want him to be all disgusted by the fact that im a little bigger than an average girl. so I just need a good exercise/eating routine to help me shapen up, i feel motivated now then ever because i want to feel good about myself for once, I need a little help because i dont know where to start. I want to be fit and not jiggle. Please give me some advice or something that worked for you. Greatly appreciated :)
