Diet and exercise advice?

My boyfriend and I want to lose weight but he works as a train conductor and is hardly ever home and as for myself I have a one year old and when I say I don't have time to workout I mean it. I work 8-13 hour days and get one day off. When I get home from work its around 11pm and I'm up for an hour trying to get my daughter in bed and whatnot and I wake up at 8 with her and then by the time she takes a nap I have to get ready for work. It is impossible to workout because she is constantly bored and getting into everything. I tried doing home exercise and as soon as id get into a routine id start working 13 hours every day. As far as food goes after I had her I never ate (don't get me wrong I loved food) but it didn't taste the same and I would forget to eat so my meals would be a couple bites and I was done then I met my boyfriend who made me start eating again and I love him for that because I love food again and I have continued to lose weight but for the past couple months my weight has been up and down. If I eat after I wake up I get sick I literally have to eat 3 hours or later after I wake up and by then its lunch time and I'm normally too busy to eat then if I'm not ill eat something small and then dinner I eat a full meal. Not healthy I know but in all honesty I'm not hungry until dinner time and every 2 hours after that. I weigh 145 lbs id love to lose 10 lbs but most of all I just want my beach body back. My boyfriend has good self control when it comes to food he just wants to go on a diet because he's gained a little too but I need help as to what to do (I know cardio) but diet wise. Thanks!
