I'm an 18 year old male, 6'3 that has been running 5 days a week since October. In October I weighed 212, and as of today I weigh 169.4lbs. I'm happy where I'm at with the weight loss, but I would still like to lose a little more, but also tone up, and my routine doesn't seem to be working anymore for me. I run about 2 miles a day, and change from back and bi to chest and tri at the gym- what should I do to shake off about ten more pounds, and start seeing muscle toning results?
