Hospital for Iron Deficiency Anemia?

Hi, Im 14 and have been having prolonged periods for nearly 2 years now. They last months from time to time. My mother thinks it's normal because I won't have a period for 3 months then my period will last for months. She said it's because I'm a teen and they'll get normal as I get older. I think she's wrong because this can't be healthy and she won't take me to the doctor. But I believe I've developed anemia. I even have pica where I eat soap and she knows this but still won't take me to the doctor. Today I am feeling horrible and my period has been going on for 3 weeks now. I'm weak, very bad headache, trouble breathing, when I stand up I get dizzy, and I just want it to end. Should I make her take me to the hospital or go to the doctor?
