How can I get rid of face fat?

I lost about 8 pounds within a couple of weeks and then I gained about 3 pounds back after going out to dinner a couple of nights and not exercising. I began to resume my normal routine of walking on my treadmill 20 minutes 4 days a week and jumping on my trampoline as much as I can and also doing jumping jacks and pretty much anything else to stay active. My weight began to drop and I lost the 3 pounds I gained back within about a week and a half. When I lost weight again, I noticed that my body didn't look any different than it did before. I noticed a difference in my belly fat, but my face fat was the real problem. Throughout my whole diet, my face fat did not decrease a bit and I'm really sick of my lumpy face and my chin fat when I move my heat back. Is there something that I can do to reduce my face fat?
