Is my new friend mad at me now?

I have ppl staying with me that are supposed to leave any day. But they are immature, jealous people who don't like my new friend so I she can't really come around till they are gone. There will be a problem. So my new friend is stuck staying with her mom and asked if she could come stay with me for few days . I said to her "I don't know..what about Angie (my current roomate)" she said "I don't care" so I called my roomates (who aren't even supposed to be there anymore but that's a whole other story) and told he and her and her boyfriend freaked out on me saying they don't want her around blah blah. So I had to tell my new friend no. Now she hasn't called me since :(
