Sounds like allergies to me. Post nasal drip, mucus, stuffy nose, sore throat, etc. They are all signs of allergies. Especially during the Spring weather. Go to the doctor just to be sure, but I highly highly doubt you contracted anything. The fact that you gave your boyfriend oral and then got a sore throat, in my opinion, is just a coincedence.
