Working out routine!! Need help! ?

So I'm 160-165 pounds about 5ft 9 and I'm not skinny but average? So I just started working out again, and I'm having a problem getting rid of my stomach fat, I workout 2-3 times a day. Morning, Evening, Night, cardio before I workout using treadmill, bicycle, and then abs, using a workout ball. So I've been trying to diet, and it seems its taking longer then it should for my fat to go away, I want to be ripped and I'm trying to work hard as fast as possible! So any suggestions or advice!? Please I'd appreciate it.
