Hello, im a 16 year old boy, im NOT fat im in shape im 6'1 1/2 so im tall for my age and i dont have a belly. Im skinny but am a bit wider then most skinny guys. I have like a little baby fat or just reg fat on my sides a little but no belly fat. i run everyday. whats the best way to lose about 5 to 10 pounds? how to get upper body muscle because i need to bulk up and build a bit on my upper body area. what foods should i eat, what to drink, workout routines? etc. thanks.
